PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM -
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case, product is received in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product , kindly contact ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of product for further necessary action
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of communication from ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD shall be done only through reliable courier.
All defective products along with original invoice and condition of receipt shall have to be sent back to ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD within seven 7 days from receipt of confirmation from ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD.
Safe receipt of defective product by ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the consignment as ‘Defective goods return’.
In case, on examination if found that error has occurred from customer, then ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD will charge shipping cost again to dispatch the alternate part.
OBLIGATION OF ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD -
ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be dispatched to you, at the cost of ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD.
ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the alternate product in the event of the error having occurred at their end.
PARTIAL REFUNDS -
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.
CREDIT ISSUES -
Kindly note that credits against the Customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of ALMOS AUTO GRAPHICS PVT LTD processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
